Questionable behavior does not have to rise to the level of illegality, but it should have made you question the ethics of a Santa Clarita representative.

Our goal is not to embarrass the city or seek retribution for past bad acts, but rather to shed some light on the need for the City of Santa Clarita to implement an ethics policy that provides specificity, accountability and independent review. This is absolutely needed to help restore confidence in our local government.
